The Challenge

My Solution
I took initiative to research and develop a comprehensive creative brief system:

~ Standardized Request Document: Created a detailed Google Doc template capturing all essential information (objectives, platform specifications, visual references, copy requirements, asset links)
~ Centralized Asset Management: Established dedicated Google Drive folders for each creative request with organized asset libraries
~ Streamlined Workflow: Implemented a clear handoff process where content writers input requirements, and I source and organize all supporting materials before passing to the art director

The Result
Design turnaround time reduced from 1 week to 3 days (57% improvement)
120+ hours saved annually across the team (estimated 2 hours per request × 60 requests yearly)
Revision rounds decreased significantly due to clear initial requirements
Client rejection rate reduced thanks to more accurate first drafts
100% team adoption - everyone immediately embraced the new system
